I am really doing this my friends......I was down 4 1/2 more pounds to make a total of 35!!!!
This program is so easy that I feel I have left some thing out. It is really easy and I like all the entrees....
God is sure good ...... I love Him...

It is so amazing to think where you will be by the end of this year....can you even imagine it?
