Whoa...I guess I missed last week....anyway I am down again...1 more pound. Slow but steady wins the race.
I am doing something different now. I just cannot afford to buy their food anymore. It was a great springboard to what I know how to do. Now that my stomach has shrunk, it will be easier to stay focused on smaller meals.
I did always feel guilty about spending all that money on me...but I did really need it also. Any way I will be eating just regular food from the store and not prepackage ones. Last night I made Chicken breasts grilled and the family had theirs with spaghetti sauce and fettuccine with some fresh Parmesan cheese grated on. Yummy...mine was my portion of chicken, I cooked some zucchini, poured a scant amount of sauce and topped it off with a scant amount of cheese. I was in heaven, I tell you. We also had a salad with avocados..they are in season here and we get them cheap from our local stand...I think the bag had about 10 in there for only $2. Love living here.....sometimes....hehe
Have anyone tried the salad dressing from Walden Farms. They are a no calorie per serving and taste like the real thing. Now we had a difference of opinion in my class last week. I love them. I am not too picky but hey, how can a fat person be that picky. Then they said we are picky. I had to laugh...never thought of a fat person being picky...how did they get fat....anyway, I got 3 unused bottles of the dressing from a couple of people there because they did not like the taste. Thanks, I will take it.......til next time....maybe more pics then

I understand about the money thing...but i am so glad that you got to buy the food as long as you did.
You keep on working....don't let go of the ground you have gained.
So I guess you can still keep going to the group you are going to? The support will be great for you.
I haven't heard of these dressings...how cool that you got some for free.
And I can't believe ya'll get avocados so cheep! cool
