Hi Ho....

I lost 3 pounds this week eating "regular" food!!!!  God is good.  I weighed my portions and did not really get into the grain group...like rice, noodles, bread etc.

I have now lost 41 pounds...9 more to 50!!!!! I cannot believe it.......
