Hello again
I went to my primary doc and my BP was a little better. So the pills are working. Funny, now I am working to not taking pills for every little thing.....funny to me anyway.
Today I made a latte with my vanilla shake and coffee. Awesome...gonna start my days with that...until I find something better. When I came home from the doc, I had my cereal and it is so good...makes me think I am eating "normal". What ever normal is.....LOL
I need to get another shake in....maybe I will try a chocolate one with cheesecake ff sf pudding mix. When I made the vanilla one like this is was good....so chocolate now.....
At least there are leftovers for my fam's dinner......not touching that tonight.
I have a cup of hot tea now and it makes me want toast to go with it.....habit...I don't know...I am not hungry...just thinking and wanting something....
I know these times will happen often and I need to be "in the box"....only eat what I have been given my HMR.....
Still waiting on whether my health insurance will pay....that will be a real blessing...but I am going on even if they don't....I have to do this....it is my health....I want to be here a long time with the hubs and my dear daughter...in fact I want to see my grands......some day.......
