I went Tuesday for my first weigh in at WW. I am done 2.2 lb.s I am so stoked. I have found this new points plus program to be quite easy.
I have done WW before and I guess I just wasn't ready, ya know? I wasn't asking and praying to God to help me with this addiction I have with food. It is just not fast food stuff it is everything. You know you can eat too much of good food too.
I write down everything I eat on their E-tools. I find that really helps me stay in my point range for the day and also I can track my exercise.
I really feel this is the" time the Lord has made" for me to finally put this "beast" in its proper place. Under the Lord's hand not mine. When we are at our end, then the Lord comes in and takes over. I just wonder why I put up such a fight. He is the Lord of the Universe....He knows best!!

AWESOME!!! It is the time the Lord has made... in September I told someone that it is finally time for the Lord to help me release my weight & move forward.... I hadn't even heard of Made to Crave yet but Gos was preparing me & you :)
