Back to boot camp for me


Man~~my body just loves this weight.  I jump up 1/2 and then lose 1.  I am doing enough exercise.  I need to go and weigh and measure my food again I guess.  That is the only thing that I can think of.  

When I look back at my food diary, I do see a little snacking here and there.  If I plan the calories, I should be ok.  I did get a new scale to help with just this.  Here is the link

It is really cool.  It will measure liquid and stuff like flour.  It is also a metric one so I can now figure out recipes from Europe and Canada.  I am not a math wiz so this is a must.

That food scale it pretty cool and really handy. I may see about getting me one, or something similar.
