Can I say wow~~I showed you all this yesterday and let me tell you...this will make you not be able to cheat ... at all. I poured my cereal this morning and wow...when I poured it in my bowl...looked like nothing. I am not hungry and I already did my 30 minute walk with the doggies this morning. It is so beautiful here, we are planning to go to the pool later, if Amy finishes her school in time. Let me tell you she always want to go to the pool so it is a great incentive.
If you are having trouble with the scale not budging, save up and buy one of these babies. They are around $25 and so worth it. I can always do a heaping cup of anything. When you pour something in this....there is no heaping.

Can you give us more info on that measuring cup - why is it so good (or just measuring in general?)...

K...that is pretty cool.
Found the info re: the measuring cup! OOps! There's a Salton scale that the Weight Management Centre recommends which seems like a sort of "laptop" computer - you put the type of item into the computer & it tells you exact NI based on it's weight. Looks really good.
